September 2006 marks a new beginning for ECON as the Group acquired 100% share of West Point Family Hospital and subsequently changed its name to West Point Hospital.

As a licensed sub-acute hospital, West Point is the critical link between the acute hospitals and the community, in providing intermediary care to our patients.

Set in the tranquil surroundings of the Jurong Lake area along Corporation Drive, the hospital provides a 24-hour outpatient clinic and inpatient services.

24-hour outpatient clinic:
The 24-hour outpatient clinic provides GP services and Specialists sessions to residents in the surrounding areas as well the corporations and companies in the Jurong vicinity.

Inpatient Services
As a 60-bed licensed acute cum community hospital, West Point Hospital provides a wide range for facilities for step-down rehabilitation and specialist geriatrician services.

The rehabilitation therapy team includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. The nurses and ward staff provide excelling nursing care to the patients. In addition, they are trained by the therapists and are well-versed in the patients’ rehabilitation plan to ensure that the patients’ rehabilitation needs are continued in the wards.
