ECON has been involved in hospital management since 1997 when it was first engaged by a restructured hospital to help run two step-down wards to look after non-acute patients. Given our good service, we were able to establish an excellent working relationship with the hospital. We have since expanded our collaboration with the hospital with the signing a Memorandum of Understanding covering amongst others, hospital management service in China.

ECON’s more than half a decade of hospital management experience was put in good stead when it expanded vertically to acquire the West Point Family Hospital Pte Ltd in 2003. Under ECON’s management, the standards of care have been raised with the concomitant upgrading of infrastructure to better serve the needs and expectations of our patients and customers.
