Father's Day Celebration
Staff of ECON and family members of our residents jointly organized a special party to celebrate Father's Day with the residents at our homes and centre.
 
 
 
Family Day at our Home
ECON frequently organizes events like "ECON Family Day". It proved to be a success as everyone enjoyed the fun-filled day with lots of entertaining games and delicious food. This event is regularly organized for residents and their family members to have fun together.
 
Frances Yip Celebrates Mother's Day with Our Residents  
In the year 2006, our Residents had the privilege to celebrate Mother's Day with Asia's leading lady of song, Ms Frances Yip. They anticipated with excitement for this day to arrive. Everyone had a wonderful time mingling and taking pictures with their favourite star. Mesmerized by the Hong Kong cosmopolitan star's charisma and grace, this was indeed a once in life time chance for our residents at Econ.
 
Birthday Party for Residents at Chai Chee
PIt was a day filled with fun and joy for our residents at Econ Medicare Centre, Chai Chee. They had the company of a group of young volunteers from Raffles Junior College who organized a day of karaoke session and performances for them. Of course, the highlight of the day, a birthday cake cutting ceremony for our birthday girls. Thank you, students from Raffles Junior College, for making this day a memorable one for our residents!
 
Econ Celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival'06 with our Residents
At Econ, we take pride in bringing joy and making our residents feel right at home. And one way of doing so is by celebrating joyous occasions and festive seasons with them. This year, residents at Econ Medicare Centre-Upper East Coast, are treated to a mooncake feast and a tea session at their very own garden. Everyone had a great time, and enjoyed the cultural dance performed by our very own nursing staff.
 
A Day's Outing for Econ Nursing Home - Bukit Timah Residents
Residents from Econ Nursing Home-Bukit Timah, had a fun time outdoors, filled with activities. This special day's outing was made possible by a group of very helpful and enthusiastic volunteers from the Eldercare Service Network. The day started with a city tour on bus and ended with a sing-a-long and games session at the Labrador Park. Our residents were also taught how to do simple hand exercises with the stress balls included in their goody bag. It was an enjoyable day out, blessed with good sunny weather and light breeze. Everyone went back with a smile on their faces.
